Manage Multiple Screens with Different Content

With more than one GoWellnessTV device in your office, you can create a journey for your visitors as they move from one space to another. You can name your screens to easily identify them, group them together, and deploy separate content to each device.

 

Start by naming your screens. Visit the Screens tab. Hover over the name of the screen you would like to edit, and a pencil icon will appear. Click the pencil to highlight the player’s name, type in the new name, and hit enter to apply your changes.

To group your screens, click the “New Screen Group” button at the top-left. Name the new group and hit enter. Drag-and-drop screens into the group in order to add them. You can set content to a whole group by clicking the three dots to the right of the group name and clicking “Set Content”

To deploy different content to your devices, you will need different Channels. The easiest way to do this is by duplicating your existing channels. Visit your Channels tab, and then find the channel you would like to duplicate.

Hover over the channel thumbnail, and an options bar will appear in the top. Click the “Duplicate” button, and then select “Duplicate.” Hover over the new copy that appears, and click the pencil icon to rename it. Press enter to apply your changes.

Now you can select the new channel, and begin editing the loop inside. When you are done, save and apply your changes by clicking “Publish.”

Finally, set the content to your player by going to the Screens tab, clicking the three dots at the right-hand side of the screen, clicking “Set Content,” and then choosing the new channel in the “Channels” tab of the new Set Content window.
